一、课题研究的背景:

长期以来,我们广大小学英语教师对课程评价在基础教育课程教材改革过程中的地位和作用缺乏全面、深刻的认识。我们的评价内容和评价形式比较单一,重视测试型评价,忽视非测试型评价;重视总结性评价,忽视形成性评价;重视老师的评价,忽视学生的自我评价和合作评价;重视对语言知识的考查,忽视对学一情感、文化意识及综合素质的考查。传统的教学观念和教学评价手段已经无法适应新的教育形势,甚至成为了阻碍全面推行素质教育的“拦路虎”。因此,改革传统的教学评价体系已经刻不容缓。

二、课题研究的目的和意义

1、在新课程标准实施过程中,以教学评价改革为切入点,促进学生听、说、读、写,语言知识与技能全面发展,促进学生的英语应用和交际能力不断提高,实现英语学科素质教育的目标。

三、课题研究的目标

四、课题研究的内容

本课题研究的主要内容是以《英语课程标准》和《英语教育评价通论》等倡导的先进教育理念作指导,更新传统教学观念,在教育教学中探索与实验,设计出一套能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的课堂教学评价体系,让学生在英语课程的学习过程中,通过自主、合作、探究等方式,实现自己的个人目标,不断感受成功的喜悦,从而促进学生综合语言运用能力和健康人格的发展,促进英语课程的不断发展和完善。

五、课题研究的方法、过程和措施。

1、研究的方法
